Claus passion for brands & strategy started nine years ago when he was working for the branding department of Deutsche Telekom AG. Since then he gained experience working for several companies and agencies across different countries and industries serving clients like Volkswagen, Bucherer or Byton. In his last position before joining Strichpunkt, he was working for MetaDesign in Beijing as well as in Berlin.
As Strategy Director at Strichpunkt, Claus bridges the analytical as well as the creative world. By conducting various kinds of research and applying methods such as design thinking, Claus and his team uncover customer behavior, pain points or needs and use them to create new products, services and brand experiences.
